About Mieses Art Studio

Artists collaboration is something that always seemed really cool to us. We are a couple who have been together for around 40 years and making art jointly for the last 15 years. While Lourdes is a mixed media, drawing, painting, 3D and installation artist, Jorge is a sculptor, life casting, and taxidermy artist. For many years each one of us were making art independently until 15 years ago, when we decided to take a ceramic class together. At that time our artistic paths met and we started a rewarding adventure in art that resulted in several pieces worked in collaboration. In this website you will find both, our individual works as well as pieces we worked together.
